2. Cancellations by you
- More than 48 hours before a session: you may cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no charge.
- Within 48 hours of a session: you may reschedule once at no charge; refunds in this window are offered at our discretion.
- Missed sessions without prior notice are generally not eligible for a refund.
3. Cancellations by us
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer you a suitable alternative time or a full refund of any amount paid for that session, whichever you prefer.
4. Statutory withdrawal rights
Where you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal, such as the 14-day cooling-off period available to many consumers in the European Union, you may cancel within that period for a full refund, unless you have asked us to begin a session within the period and it has been fully delivered.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund or reschedule, contact us by email at helpcenter@purgestrength.world or through our contact page, including your name and the session date. We will confirm receipt and next steps.
6. Processing times
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
